This hotel is a hidden gem with a very traditional yet modern look. The rooms are beautifully decorated and equipped with good facilities, including a jacuzzi. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing a hand-drawn map and tips for getting around the area. The breakfast is delicious and included in the price. The location may seem a bit off-putting down a narrow alleyway, but it is safe enough and not too far from the Sale marina with its waterfront restaurants.
Finding the hotel for the first time may be a bit tricky, but once you get the hang of it, it's easy to navigate.

Everything was excellent. The people were always smiling and gentle. The rooms were very clean and had perfect design. I visited other riads as well because some friends were elsewhere and what I have to say is that Riad Marlinea is by far better in everything. I am amazed by the design of the rooms and the lightning, etc Breakfast was very nice and rich.I Personally highly recommend it and if I return I will book it again.

interestingly located near the Medina
There a strong foul smell (urine) at the lobby. However, after dinner time, the smell was gone which was overcame by the cooking smell. Maybe problem with the sewer system. Difficult to find

The location of this hotel was a bit tricky to find, but once we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable traditional design and modern amenities provided. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making sure that we had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning, which included fresh juice and warm pastries. the hotel was located in a peaceful and quiet area, which was great for a relaxing city break.
One of the only downsides to this hotel was its location, which was not very easy to find for first-time visitors. It was also a bit of a walk from the main road, but we found this to be good exercise.

We had a great city trip in Morocco! The hotel is easy to reach from the airport with a taxi and the location is perfect to explore the city. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. We loved that the hotel offered a delicious breakfast every morning and that they had a beautiful rooftop terrace where we could relax after a busy day of sightseeing.
The decor in our room was a bit over the top, but we still enjoyed our stay. The hotel was a little hard to find at first, but once we got our bearings, it was easy to navigate.

This hotel is a hidden gem tucked away down a narrow alleyway, which may seem off putting at first, but rest assured, it is safe enough and definitely worth the find. The location of this hotel is perfect; away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, yet not too far to reach. Plus, it is conveniently near a tram station, making exploring the area a breeze. The staff at this hotel provide excellent service, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and taken care of. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm mint tea and given a free upgrade to a Lavender Suite. The rooms at this hotel are well-maintained and come with good facilities. The attention to detail is evident, with basic amenities provided, including shower gel and soap. And for those looking for a touch of luxury, some rooms even come with a jacuzzi. The breakfast included at this hotel is a delight. With a great spread of croissants, bread, yoghurt, and a choice of jams, cream cheese, and butter.
All was well during our stay; no improvements needed.
